The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety, and I loved the beautiful grounds and walking trails. The location was safe with lots of dining options nearby. A highly recommendable spot for travelers!

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel with nice and perfect location close to everything. Updated property room with a great bed and private bathroom. Very helpful and attentive staff during my stay. A wide array of good food for meals. Nice experience there.

During our stay with a big family, we loved exploring the Big Bear Creek Green Belt trail. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds and picnic areas, and the nearby eateries made it convenient for dinner. The staff was attentive.

My kids wished the pool hours were extended for more fun time.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the tasty breakfast options and the lovely walking trails around the hotel. The indoor pool was a great spot to relax after a long day. Just a heads up, I wasn't able to get a refund for the extra night I paid for but left early. 😊

The front desk staff were amazing , always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout out to the manager and maintenance staff who exhibited excellent commitment by troubleshooting the internet issues. I experienced a room upgrade that I loved, as the new space was not only larger but also had a strong internet connection. Breakfast was excellent with diverse options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Solo traveler win

The staff were helpful, even letting me check out 2 hours late, which saved me from stress. The breakfast was surprisingly quiet even with all those kids around, and the staff really kept things in order.
